George was born in Athens, Greece in 1985. He has been playing the drums since 1997, being self-taught until 2001, when he started taking lessons in Pythagorion Conservatory with Vasilis Hadjakis. In 2003, after finishing high school, he took a Music Technology course in IEK OMIROS, from which he earned a Certificate in Music Technology & Acoustics. In 2005, he joined the still-forming at the time female-fronted Symphonic metal band "Bare Infinity", and stayed until its disbanding in 2012, after releasing a full-length album and an EP. In 2007 he enrolled in MMS Athens, studying extreme metal drumming under master metal drummer George Kollias. From 2007 until 2009 he attended SAE Institute's Audio Engineering & Recording Arts course in Athens, Greece, and Amsterdam, The Netherlands. In 2010, he was one of the forming members of the Deathcore-Death metal band "Among Ruins", which released its debut album in 2013. In 2011 he also started taking additional drums lessons with Manos Matsos in MMS Athens, and also took 6 months of piano lessons with Dimitris Kalantzis. In 2012, he joined the Technical Death metal band "Nordor", and recorded the drums for the EP "Into the Brazen Bull" of the U.S. Epic Black/Death metal band "House of Atreus".
